Where do you ship your whiskies and spirits?
We currently offer shipping to a wide range of international destinations. However, due to local alcohol legislation, we cannot ship to certain countries or states. Please check our shipping page for a full list of eligible regions.
How should I store my Bruichladdich bottles?
Unlike wine, whisky should be stored upright to prevent the high alcohol content from degrading the cork. Keep your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight to preserve the natural color and complex flavor profile.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging our spirits, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Are your whiskies chill-filtered or colored?
No. At Bruichladdich, we believe in total transparency. All of our whiskies are non-chill filtered and coloring-free, ensuring you experience the true character of the spirit and the Islay terroir.
Can I book a distillery tour online?
Yes, we highly recommend booking your distillery tour or warehouse tasting in advance through our website. Spaces are limited and often fill up quickly, especially during the summer months and festival periods.
