Document Condition
For damaged goods or leaked bottles, please provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the product to expedite the verification process.
Secure Packaging
Ensure the bottle is unopened and placed back in its original protective transit packaging to prevent further damage during the return journey.
Dispatch and Refund
Send the item back using our prepaid courier label; once received and inspected at the distillery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
